Textured glass is a beautiful addition to your kitchen, bathroom, study – any room where you would include decorative glass. We see many homeowners using it in their bathrooms to create stunning frameless shower doors. For the kitchen project pictured above, we used it in the inserts of mullioned upper cabinetry for a unique look. Textured glass not only offers more visual interest and texture than regular glass, it also can provide a bit of privacy. For showers, the blurred view allows light to enter without the user being completely exposed to the rest of the space. In cabinetry, the glass can slightly hide contents while allowing inner lighting and bits of color from items on the shelves to show through.
